Ko Tengus are described as normal people who bear wings once in a while. Unlike the Karasu Tengus, Ko Tengus are capable of concealing their wings in order to look fully like normal people.

Ko Tengus, when compared to Karasu Tengus, have very few abilities. They can harness a limited area of natural powers, such as the abilities to control ice or fire. Since their range isn't so great, the Ko Tengu's power range can be increased greater than a Karasu. Meaning, if a strong Ko and a strong Karasu strike at each other with lightning, the Ko Tengu will have the stronger lightning.

Ko Tengus are much like normal people. Some show strong arrogance to others like the Karasu Tengus. Ko Tengus are not often born; many are created by the powers of Karasu Tengus and a few special Ko Tengus. When they are born, they hatch from eggs like the Karasu. When compared to other Tengus, the Ko Tengu is ranked as the lowest in importance, but in the middle when it comes to power.
