Jamal Bombardo was created--not born--in Tokyo by the great Sensei Kazano. Comparable to a string-less puppet, Jamal was told to do whatever Kazano instructed, and he did so. He was created during the beginnings of Russell Skidriff's attacks on the world. The attacks resulted in Kazano's instructions to seek new strong-willed people that would help prevent Russell from destroying Utopia. Jamal agreed and began his search in America, arriving in Zaibatsu, Georgia. Jamal decided to conceal his personal identity and to only share it with those who were worthy of becoming warriors. When he met Sketch Tucker, he was very intrigued. After a short while, Jamal was convinced that Sketch was definitely a good choice. Soon afterward, he made Sketch the Storm Tengu. Since Sketch seemed troubled after losing his job, Jamal suggested he make his own company. Jamal aggreed to give Sketch all the supplies he needed to begin his new job. After hiring Donna Paige and Iris Chymara, he began studying them closely to see if they had the right stuff, and apparently they had wat he was looking for. As a result, Jamal changed Iris and Donna into Ko Tengus.
