Iris Chymara was born in Tyrone, Alaska. Through her childhood she associated little with anyone else who lived there except for her parents. They provided her with many books which kept her busy and helped build up her knowledge. She especially loved to read books about technology. When she turned 14, her parents passed away, and she needed to go someplace to live. She decided to go to Zaibatsu since it was sparsely populated. Whe she arrived, she was greeted by Donna Paige, who had also just moved in. They became good friends and are often found hanging with each other. They both like to work on making small robots, and they had gained an interest in extreme sports. When they heard of the Tengu Company job offers, they asked for jobs. Sketch Tucker and Jamal Bombardo, the founders of the company, were impressed at their skills and as a result hired them both. As time went on, Jamal began to gain an interest in the girls' personalities and motivation, and he made them both Tengus. Iris had chosen to be a Tengu of Ice; the Glacier Tengu. Iris also gained an interest, but in Sketch Tucker. Unfortunately, things had been rather rough on their first night meeting, especially since Sketch wasn't expecting the girls to enter while he was asleep.
